All classes are run as term-long courses and are not suitable for drop-in attendance. Please do contact me for joining information and to check the suitability of the classes. New clients will need to book a 1-2-1 session before taking part in general classes. The Essentials is a specific beginner’s class, but an initial 1-2-1 is still recommended.
This class will provide an introduction to the principles and techniques of Pilates. It is suitable for complete beginners and for those who want to refresh their knowledge. After the initial term, students can move to the next stage, Flourishing.
These sessions are suitable for beginners graduating from The Essentials classes or for those who simply want a gentle programme that will allow them to develop their technique carefully and progressively.
If you’re already up to speed with Pilates principles, this is the class for you. We’ll put principles into practice and focus on improving strength, balance and posture.
A challenging session where your experience of Pilates will be put to good use, further developing core strength and perfecting the principles that will help you gain and maintain the ideal posture.
1-2-1 Personal Training
This important first contact is the root of all good Pilates practice. It will not only enable me to instruct you in the basic techniques but will also give me the opportunity to tailor my programme to suit your specific requirements. So if you want better back health or just to improve your golf score, I can help. The sessions are suitable for complete beginners and you’ll have my complete attention for over an hour.
